What we collect
- When you message us. Your WhatsApp number, name and whatever you send us (for example your business name, website link and social page links). We use it to reply, quote and do the work you ask for.
- When you pay. Payments by card go through Stripe, which handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. PayNow payments show us the payer name and amount in our bank record.
- Website analytics (only if you accept). If you tap "Accept" on the banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you tap "No thanks", or ignore the banner, it stays off.
How we use it
To answer your messages, deliver services, send invoices and receipts, and improve this website. We do not sell your details. We share them only with the tools that help us run the business, such as WhatsApp, Stripe and Google, and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as we work together and for the period needed for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
You can change your analytics choice by clearing this site's data in your browser, and the banner will appear again. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it, by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected].
