Social media management in Singapore costs anywhere from a few hundred dollars to well over SGD 10,000 a month, depending on who does it and how much they do. Most pricing guides put typical small and growing businesses somewhere between SGD 1,000 and SGD 5,000 a month with an agency, while freelancers and fixed-price studios can cost less. This guide explains what drives the price so you can compare quotes fairly.
The short answer
| Type of provider | Typical monthly fee (SGD) | What you usually get |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer or small studio | Several hundred to about 1,500 | A set number of posts, captions and scheduling on one or two platforms |
| Agency, organic only | About 1,000 to 3,000 | Content planning, design, posting and reporting |
| Agency, organic and paid | About 3,000 to 8,000 | The above plus ad campaigns and optimisation |
| Full-service or enterprise | 8,000 and above | Strategy, video production, influencers, community management |
These ranges are what Singapore agencies and pricing guides publish for 2026. They vary a lot between providers and are not independently verified, so treat them as a guide and ask each provider what is included.
What drives the price
- Number of platforms. Managing Instagram alone costs less than Instagram, Facebook and TikTok together.
- Posts and videos per month. Short videos and reels take more time than single images.
- Who creates the content. Designing from your photos is cheaper than shooting new photos or video.
- Community management. Replying to comments and messages every day is real work and is often priced separately.
- Strategy and reporting. Deeper analysis and regular strategy sessions cost more.
- Who you hire. Large agencies charge for their overheads and experience. Freelancers vary widely in quality.
What is usually not included
- Ad spend. The money you pay Meta or TikTok to show ads is separate. Guides commonly suggest budgeting an additional few hundred to a few thousand dollars a month for ads if you run them.
- GST. Ask whether a quote includes or excludes GST.
- Software subscriptions. Design tools, stock photos, scheduling tools and music licences.
- New photography or video shoots.
What our fixed plans include
At NoMeet Studio we publish prices up front, in SGD, with no calls or meetings:
| Plan | Price per month | Platforms | Posts | Extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 520 | 1 | 12 | Captions, hashtags, scheduling |
| Growth | 920 | 2 | 20 | 4 short videos from your footage |
| Pro | 1,540 | 3 | 30 including 8 reels | Comment replies, monthly report |
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month with a 3-month minimum. These prices are lower than many agency quotes because we work only over WhatsApp, use templates and clear processes, and focus on small businesses. See our social media management service for details.
How to choose a budget
Ask yourself three questions:
- What is one customer worth? If a new customer is worth SGD 300 in profit, a plan that brings in two or three extra customers a month may pay for itself.
- Where are your customers? Salons and cafes often do well on Instagram, tutors and clinics on Facebook, and younger audiences on TikTok. Do one platform well before adding another.
- Do you have content to show? Real photos and videos of your work make posts better and cheaper to produce.
Start with the smallest plan that covers your main platform, track enquiries for three months, and upgrade only if the numbers justify it.
Red flags when comparing quotes
- Promises of a guaranteed number of followers or sales
- Bought followers, likes or engagement pods
- No written list of what is included each month
- Long lock-in contracts with no review point
- Quotes that cannot say who will create your content
Five questions to ask before you sign
- How many posts, videos and platforms are included each month?
- Who writes and designs the content, and do I approve it first?
- What is not included, such as ad spend, GST, software and photography?
- What does the monthly report show, and how will we judge success?
- What is the minimum term, and how do I cancel?
If you would like a fixed quote, message us on WhatsApp and we will recommend the smallest plan that fits your goal.
Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in social media management fees?
Usually not. Management fees cover planning, content and posting. The money you spend on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok ads is a separate budget paid to the platform.
What is a reasonable budget for a small business in Singapore?
Published guides quote very wide ranges. Many small businesses start with one or two platforms and a modest plan, then scale up once they see enquiries. Our fixed plans start at SGD 520 a month.
Should I pay for followers or likes?
No. Bought followers do not buy from you and can hurt your reach. Judge any provider on enquiries, messages and sales instead.
